yes sir, u did well by trying

yes sir, u did well by trying to bring some change in the education sector of Assam state. My few queries are there....
1. Why didn't you implemented the same in your earlier government term?
2. After being understanding the problems of Assam school education, why the said department was handed over in the last term to such a person who could not foresee?
3. Would these teachers who will be appointed with TET could bring change to the school environment as because the existing teachers in LP and ME in regular position needs more orientations, still teachers come to school chewing tabacco, betal nuts and in drunkenned condition, Who will monitor?
4. Who will monitor the standard of teaching............which remains only in office papers?

It is a good step.... no doubt but how much of the teachers complete his or her teaching n learning during school hrs?
Who will monitor the visit of students to teachers home to complete their syllabus.

i hope the new comers will accomodate with the existing LP and ME teachers and work together for good academic excellence with child centered education.
