Chana Dal Chutney, Chana Dal Recipe
Sharing a very simple chutney recipe. Process of making this recipe is very easy.
1. Chana Dal - 1 cup
2. Curry Leaves - 10 to 12 no
3. Ginger - 1 piece
4. Garlic - 10 no
5. Black cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
6. Chilli - 1 or 2 no
7. Kuji Thekera (Garcinia cowa) - 5 piece
8. Oil - 2 teaspoon
9. Mustard Oil - 2 teaspoon
Make a paste in Mixture Grinder of all the above item except Curry Leaves and cumin seed. Heat the mustard oil and the curry leaves and cumin seed. Now add this hot oil with the paste and mix well.
