1. Rou Fish: 8-10 piece
2. Finely chopped Onion
4. Cherry Tomato or few small tomato
5. Soya Sauce: 5 tablespoon
6. Mint leaf - 4-5
Clean and wash the fish carefully. Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the fishes for about 5-6 minutes. When it turns golden brown in color keep the fried fishes aside. In a pan, heat the mustard oil and add onion, chili. Then add the fish there and keep the flame low. Now add the soya sauce. Now add the tomato. Once the tomato, onion turns soft, add the mint leaves.
Since soya sauce is added the recipe turns red and aromatic and also delicious.
